Mills records series, 1950-1953 (1.2 cubic ft.), includes two subseries, The 50th Anniversary Plans Office subseries contains committee meeting minutes, correspondence, memos, event lists and agendas relating to planning the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Ford Motor Company (FMC) in 1953. The Ford Archives subseries contains materials specific to the formation of the Ford Motor Company archives including correspondence, memos, dedication press packets and press releases.

In 1951, Edgar Le Roy Bryant, Clara Ford's brother served notice that he would file a claim against the estate of Clara Ford based on the contention that Clara had promised she would leave her possessions to his family.
